Adeline produced this art piece for show and tell in her Year 2 class, reflecting her topic this term 'Castle's and Dragons!'. Adeline was inspired to use colourful tissue paper to represent her castle having explored the Artist Paul Klee in art class this year. She produced a template and a mock up colour sketch before embarking on the final piece. She spent many hours carefully placing each piece of tissue paper to produce a vibrant, joyful representation for her imaginary castle in a sunny landscape. The hard work, planning and dedication is beautifully represented in the joyful end result!
